These Terms govern access to Social Kiln, account use, payments, orders, service delivery, refunds, acceptable use, and related rights and responsibilities.
By creating an account, funding an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Social Kiln, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Social Kiln is an online social media marketing and digital promotional service platform. Customers can create an account, add funds, browse available services, submit eligible destination links, place orders, and track order activity from a user dashboard.
Social Kiln may use automated systems, third-party providers, external networks, APIs, and other service infrastructure to fulfill orders.
Social Kiln is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, Twitch, Spotify, Telegram, or any other third-party platform referenced on the website. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase services. If you use Social Kiln on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use Social Kiln where doing so would violate applicable law, a court order, sanctions restriction, or other legally binding prohibition.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity conducted through your account.
You must notify Social Kiln promptly at socialkiln.support@gmail.com if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Social Kiln may require account verification, identity verification, security review, or additional information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect users, comply with law, or secure the platform.
You are responsible for using a unique password, maintaining control of your account credentials, and securing any device used to access Social Kiln. Social Kiln is not responsible for losses caused by your voluntary disclosure of credentials, reuse of compromised passwords, insecure devices, or failure to take reasonable account-security precautions.
Each service listing may include a service name, rate, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, estimated delivery information, refill characteristics, and other service-specific details. Those details form part of the order information available to you before purchase.
Service names and descriptions are intended to identify the type of digital promotional deliverable being offered. They do not guarantee a particular commercial result unless such a result is expressly stated in writing.
Prices shown on Social Kiln may be displayed in a selected currency. Conversion rates, if used, may change. The amount shown at the time an order is submitted is the amount applicable to that order, subject to correction where required by law.
Social Kiln may change service pricing prospectively at any time. A later price change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
Social Kiln uses Stripe as its payment processor for supported website payments. Payment-card information is handled through Stripe’s payment infrastructure. Social Kiln does not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email.
Payment availability may depend on currency, location, payment method eligibility, fraud controls, and Stripe availability. A payment is not considered completed until the payment processor and Social Kiln systems record it as successful.
Funds successfully added to a Social Kiln account are reflected as website account balance and may be used to purchase eligible services available through Social Kiln.
Except where required by applicable law, Social Kiln account balance is not a bank account, stored-value bank product, investment account, or general-purpose cash account. It is intended for purchases on Social Kiln and is not ordinarily withdrawable or transferable for cash.
Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking the service selected, quantity, price, destination link, username, page, post, video, website, or other destination information requested by the order form.
Once submitted, an order may be transmitted automatically for fulfillment. Because automated fulfillment can begin quickly, an order may become non-cancellable shortly after submission.
You are solely responsible for providing the correct destination. This includes website addresses, social media URLs, video links, post links, profile links, usernames, channels, pages, playlists, accounts, publications, and other identifiers.
Social Kiln is not required to determine what destination you intended to provide. Orders submitted to an incorrect destination are not eligible for Social Kiln’s voluntary refund or account-credit remedy solely because the customer made an input error.
You must keep the destination accessible and compatible with the purchased service during fulfillment. A destination that becomes private, deleted, suspended, renamed, restricted, inaccessible, age-restricted, geo-restricted, or otherwise incompatible may prevent completion.
You are responsible for any delay, failure, tracking issue, or loss caused by changing the destination or its settings after submitting the order.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed in writing. Actual start and completion times may vary based on service quantity, provider queue, platform behavior, demand, maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, technical limitations, and other factors.
A delay does not automatically mean an order has failed. If deliverables are not provided within a reasonable fulfillment period, the order may qualify for review under the Refund Policy.
Order statuses such as pending, processing, in progress, completed, partial, cancelled, or similar labels are informational indicators based on available system or provider data. Status synchronization may not always be instantaneous.
You should not place overlapping orders for the same destination using the same or substantially similar service while an earlier order remains active unless the service specifically permits it.
Concurrent orders can interfere with start counts, delivery tracking, attribution, refill calculations, and provider reporting. Social Kiln is not responsible for inaccuracies or conflicts caused by duplicate or overlapping orders.
Social Kiln may add, remove, pause, replace, or modify services as availability changes. This may occur because of provider changes, platform changes, quality concerns, maintenance, compliance requirements, or technical issues.
If a purchased service becomes unavailable before fulfillment can reasonably occur, Social Kiln may substitute an equivalent service where appropriate, cancel the order, or provide an account credit in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Unless a service expressly states a refill or retention commitment, Social Kiln does not guarantee that views, followers, likes, subscribers, reactions, plays, impressions, traffic, or other engagement will remain permanently after delivery.
Third-party platforms may audit, remove, reclassify, suppress, or otherwise adjust engagement. Such actions are controlled by the third-party platform and do not necessarily indicate that Social Kiln failed to deliver the purchased service.
If a service includes a refill feature, the refill is subject to the conditions shown for that service and to provider availability. Refill eligibility may depend on the order remaining measurable, the destination remaining accessible, and the customer not adding overlapping services that make delivery counts impossible to verify.
Social Kiln provides the digital promotional deliverable described in the service listing. Social Kiln does not guarantee monetization, advertising approval, verification, search-engine ranking, recommendation placement, sponsorships, revenue, sales, leads, conversion rates, platform partnership status, or any other specific commercial outcome.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms, rules, policies, laws, and technical requirements that apply to the content, account, website, or platform you choose to promote.
Social Kiln does not authorize you to violate a third-party platform’s rules or applicable law. You assume responsibility for deciding whether a particular service is appropriate for your intended use.
You may not use Social Kiln to promote, facilitate, or support unlawful activity; malware; phishing; fraud; impersonation; unauthorized access; exploitation; threats; harassment; content that violates applicable law; or any activity intended to damage Social Kiln, its users, its providers, or third parties.
You may not attempt to interfere with Social Kiln systems, bypass security controls, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer protected components, abuse APIs, submit intentionally false payment disputes, or use automated methods in a manner that materially disrupts the service.
By submitting a destination for an order, you represent that you are authorized to direct promotional activity to that destination or otherwise have a lawful basis to do so. You remain responsible for the content you choose to promote.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Under Social Kiln’s standard voluntary policy, approved order refunds are credited to the customer’s Social Kiln website account balance and may take approximately 24–48 hours to process after approval. Incorrect or unusable destination links are not refundable under the voluntary policy. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not waived.
If you believe an order or payment is incorrect, contact socialkiln.support@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed.
Social Kiln may suspend or restrict an account where there is credible evidence of fraudulent payment activity, abusive dispute behavior, stolen payment credentials, or intentionally false claims. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a lawful chargeback or reimbursement right.
Social Kiln may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, payment abuse, interference with the platform, or legal obligations.
Where reasonably practicable, Social Kiln may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken where delay could expose Social Kiln, a customer, a provider, or a third party to material harm.
By creating an account, you agree that Social Kiln may send transactional or service-related communications needed to operate your account, confirm security events, process payments, communicate order information, or provide support.
Optional notification preferences may be managed through available account settings. Certain security, verification, legal, or transactional communications may still be sent where necessary to provide the service or comply with law.
Except for third-party trademarks and materials, the Social Kiln website, original branding, original interface elements, software, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Social Kiln and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No license is granted to copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Social Kiln proprietary material except as expressly permitted in writing or allowed by law.
Social Kiln relies on third-party services, including payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, social platforms, service providers, and network services. Social Kiln does not control all third-party systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems operated by others.
Social Kiln may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, security events, provider interruptions, internet failures, or other technical conditions. Social Kiln will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Kiln is provided on an “as available” basis. Except for obligations expressly stated in these Terms or imposed by law, Social Kiln does not make additional warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, platform outcomes, third-party behavior, or permanent retention of delivered engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Kiln will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from third-party platform decisions, account restrictions, algorithm changes, lost business opportunities, lost profits, reputational effects, or customer misuse of the service.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use of Social Kiln, your violation of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Social Kiln’s own unlawful conduct.
Personal information is handled in accordance with Social Kiln’s applicable privacy disclosures and legal obligations. You should not submit sensitive information through support messages unless it is necessary for the request.
Social Kiln may update these Terms prospectively to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security needs, pricing systems, or operational changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Material changes will apply as permitted by law. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law, and the invalid provision will be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
A delay or failure by Social Kiln to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, the Refund Policy, the applicable service listing, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your use of Social Kiln, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to socialkiln.support@gmail.com.
