This Refund Policy explains when an order may qualify for a Social Kiln account credit, when a refund or credit is not available, and how refund requests are reviewed.
Social Kiln’s standard voluntary refund remedy is a credit to your Social Kiln website account balance. Refund eligibility is generally limited to paid deliverables that were not provided within a reasonable fulfillment period. Approved account credits may take approximately 24–48 hours to process. Incorrect, invalid, inaccessible, private, changed, or otherwise unusable destination links are not refundable.
This Policy applies to purchases of social media marketing and digital promotional services made through Social Kiln. It applies to orders placed using funds available in a Social Kiln user account and to requests for credits arising from those orders.
This Policy describes Social Kiln’s voluntary refund and account-credit practices. Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Social Kiln provides access to digital promotional services that may be fulfilled through automated systems, third-party service providers, social platforms, and external network infrastructure. Delivery speed can vary by service, quantity, destination link, platform conditions, provider availability, queue volume, maintenance, technical limitations, and other circumstances outside Social Kiln’s direct control.
Any delivery time displayed on the website is an estimate unless Social Kiln expressly states otherwise in writing. An estimate is not a guarantee that an order will begin or complete at an exact minute or hour.
Subject to the exclusions in this Policy, an order may be reviewed for a Social Kiln account credit when the purchased deliverables have not been supplied within a reasonable fulfillment period.
Whether a fulfillment period is reasonable depends on the service ordered, the quantity, any delivery estimate displayed at the time of purchase, the normal delivery characteristics of that service, provider or platform interruptions, and whether the customer supplied all information required for fulfillment.
Where an order has been partially fulfilled and then remains materially stalled beyond a reasonable period, Social Kiln may, in its discretion and where technically measurable, issue an account credit limited to the undelivered portion of the order rather than the full order value.
Except where applicable law requires a different remedy, approved voluntary refunds are issued only as credit to the customer’s Social Kiln website account balance.
Social Kiln account credits are intended to be used toward future eligible purchases on Social Kiln. They are not cash, are not a bank deposit, and are not ordinarily withdrawable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
Under Social Kiln’s standard voluntary policy, approved order credits are not returned to a bank account, debit card, credit card, PayPal account, cryptocurrency wallet, or other external payment method. If mandatory law requires reimbursement through another method in a specific circumstance, Social Kiln will follow the applicable legal requirement.
After Social Kiln approves a refund request, the resulting website-account credit may take approximately 24–48 hours to be processed and reflected in the customer’s Social Kiln balance.
The 24–48 hour period is a processing estimate and may be longer where additional verification, provider reconciliation, fraud review, technical investigation, or account-security review is reasonably necessary.
Orders placed using an incorrect destination are not refundable. Customers are solely responsible for checking the destination information before submitting an order.
This includes, without limitation, an incorrect website address, social media URL, post URL, video URL, profile URL, username, channel, page, playlist, account, publication, or other destination identifier.
No refund or credit is owed merely because a customer accidentally supplied the wrong link or because the service was delivered, attempted, or queued against the destination supplied by the customer.
Customers should open and verify their link before submitting the order. Social Kiln is not responsible for determining whether a customer intended to provide a different destination.
A refund or credit is not available when fulfillment is prevented or impaired because the customer’s destination becomes private, deleted, suspended, age-restricted, geo-restricted, renamed, unavailable, inaccessible, or otherwise incompatible with the ordered service.
A refund or credit is also not available where the customer changes a username, URL, privacy setting, post, video, page, account setting, audience setting, or similar destination information after placing the order and that change prevents or interferes with delivery.
Customers should not place multiple orders for the same destination using the same or substantially similar service while a prior order is still pending or processing unless the service specifically permits concurrent orders.
Social Kiln is not responsible for inaccurate start counts, overlapping delivery, provider conflicts, or tracking issues caused by duplicate or concurrent orders. Such circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund or account credit.
No refund or credit is available for losses, drops, delays, removals, or non-delivery caused by customer actions, platform enforcement, third-party moderation, algorithm changes, account restrictions, content deletion, privacy changes, or other circumstances not caused by Social Kiln’s failure to provide the purchased service.
Customers are responsible for complying with the rules, terms, policies, and technical requirements of the third-party platforms they use.
Unless a specific service expressly includes a stated refill or retention guarantee, Social Kiln does not guarantee permanent retention of views, followers, likes, subscribers, reactions, plays, impressions, traffic, or other engagement after delivery.
Social platforms may remove, reclassify, audit, limit, or otherwise adjust engagement. A later reduction does not by itself create refund eligibility unless the purchased service expressly included an applicable refill or retention commitment and the conditions of that commitment are met.
An order that has been materially completed according to the service quantity and destination supplied by the customer is not refundable merely because the customer no longer wants the service, changes their marketing strategy, deletes the content, dislikes the result, or expected a different business, revenue, ranking, reach, or engagement outcome.
Because many orders are transmitted automatically for fulfillment shortly after submission, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been placed. A cancellation request may be considered only if the order has not been committed to fulfillment and can still be stopped by the underlying system or provider.
If an order can be cancelled before fulfillment, any approved voluntary refund will ordinarily be returned to the customer’s Social Kiln account balance, subject to applicable law.
Customers should contact Social Kiln before initiating a payment dispute so that the order and account history can be reviewed. Filing a false, abusive, or knowingly inaccurate chargeback may result in account restriction or suspension.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a chargeback, cancellation, reimbursement, or other right that is provided by applicable law or by the customer’s payment-card issuer.
To request a refund review, contact socialkiln.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Social Kiln account.
Please include your Social Kiln username, order number, affected service, destination link, a short explanation of the issue, and any information that may help us verify the delivery status. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, or other unnecessary sensitive payment information.
Social Kiln may review system logs, provider records, order status information, delivery measurements, customer-submitted information, and other relevant records before approving or denying a request.
Where additional information is reasonably required, Social Kiln may ask the customer to provide it before completing the review. Failure to provide information reasonably needed to verify the claim may delay the review or prevent Social Kiln from determining eligibility.
Social Kiln sells the digital promotional deliverable described in the applicable service listing. Social Kiln does not sell or guarantee revenue, monetization approval, search ranking, recommendation placement, verified status, sponsorships, sales, leads, followers who will interact in a particular manner, or any other commercial or platform outcome unless expressly stated in the service description.
Social Kiln may update this Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page will apply prospectively from its stated effective or last-updated date, subject to any rights that arose under applicable law or an earlier agreement.
Questions about this Refund Policy or a specific order should be sent to socialkiln.support@gmail.com.
